The Advantage Quartz Sleeve 8w is a replacement quartz sleeve for Aqua Ultraviolet Advantage 8 watt UV sterilisers. The sleeve fits around the UV lamp and keeps it dry, while still letting the ultraviolet light pass through into the water flowing past.
Over time, mineral deposits and film can build up on a quartz sleeve and reduce how much UV reaches the water. Replacing a worn, scratched or cracked sleeve helps your steriliser keep working as designed.
This is a spare part for aquarium owners running an Aqua Ultraviolet Advantage 8w unit. Please check that it matches your steriliser model before ordering.
