The replacement 15 watt UV lamp (globe) for the Aqua Ultraviolet Advantage 2000 15 watt steriliser.
A UV lamp keeps glowing long after its ultraviolet output has dropped, so a lamp that still lights is not necessarily still doing its job. Lamps are usually replaced about once a year to keep the steriliser working against green water and free-floating algae and bacteria.
Handle the new lamp by its ends: oil from fingers on the glass shortens its life. Switch the steriliser off and unplug it before changing the lamp.
Wattage: 15 watt. Code: AUV20015.
