This is a replacement 25w quartz sleeve made for the Aqua Ultraviolet Twist 25w UV steriliser. The sleeve is the clear tube that fits around the UV lamp, keeping it dry and separated from the water flowing through the unit.
Quartz is used because it lets ultraviolet light pass through to the water, where it does its work. Over time the sleeve can pick up mineral scale or film, or it may become cracked or damaged. Swapping in a fresh one helps your steriliser keep running as intended and gives you a clean, intact barrier around the lamp.
It suits owners of the Aqua Ultraviolet Twist 25w who need to replace a worn or broken sleeve. Please note it is specific to that model, so check your steriliser before ordering.
Size: 25w, for the Aqua Ultraviolet Twist 25w UV Steriliser.
