Extendable Fish & Shrimp Catcher

Designed Around Controlled Livestock Handling

Managing livestock within an aquarium often involves more than routine feeding and observation. Fish transfers, shrimp collection, quarantine procedures and maintenance tasks frequently require temporary handling, and the way livestock are captured can influence both stress levels and disruption within the aquarium.

The Extendable Fish & Shrimp Catcher was developed to provide improved access and greater control during livestock handling. Rather than repeatedly reaching into the aquarium or chasing livestock through hardscape and planting zones, the extendable design allows more controlled positioning throughout the system.

The result is simpler handling with reduced disturbance to the surrounding environment.

Livestock Handling Influences More Than Convenience

Capturing fish or shrimp within established aquascapes can become challenging as layouts become more complex.

Dense planting, driftwood structures and rock arrangements frequently create areas where livestock can retreat and become difficult to access. Excessive movement during collection may disturb plants, shift hardscape positioning and increase stress throughout the aquarium.

Improved reach and handling control help create a more efficient approach during routine tasks.

Extended Reach Improves Accessibility

This extendible catcher is designed to help you safely and efficiently catch shrimp and small fish—without the hassle of nets or disturbing your aquascape. Simply guide them into the chamber for a smooth, controlled catch every time.

No more chasing, no more stressed livestock, and no more damaged plants.

- Adjustable length (27–52cm) to suit different tank sizes

- Gentle, no-chase catching method

- Safe for shrimp, nano fish, and delicate species

- Won’t disturb substrate or uproot plants

Perfect for shrimp keepers, breeders, and aquascapers who want a smarter, cleaner way to manage their livestock.

Designed Around Everyday Aquarium Tasks

Aquarium systems regularly require interaction beyond observation alone.

Whether moving fish between systems, collecting shrimp, performing quarantine procedures or carrying out routine maintenance, controlled handling equipment helps simplify repeated tasks throughout long-term aquarium care.
