Hikari Micro Wafers 45g

Micro Wafers are a sinking wafer food made in a miniature size so small and medium tropical fish can take them easily. They give a complete and balanced diet built around high grade marine and vegetable proteins, which aid ready acceptance, efficient digestion and nutrient utilisation, resulting in less waste. The wafers hold their shape rather than dissolving in the water, so overfeeding is easier to avoid and water quality is easier to keep stable compared with flake foods.

The formula is rich in spirulina and astaxanthin to bring out colour in your fish. It suits community tanks holding small to medium tropical species, and is particularly well matched to tetras, livebearers, cichlids and catfish.

Feed two to three times daily, offering only the amount your fish will finish within a few minutes, at 18 to 30 degrees Celsius. Underfeeding is preferable to overfeeding, and any uneaten food should be removed after the feeding period to help maintain water quality.
