Neptune MXM Unit Mobius Expansion module

The MXM Mobius Module is an expansion module for Neptune Systems Apex controllers. It links Mobius-compatible EcoTech Marine and AquaIllumination lights and pumps to your Apex wirelessly, so you can run them from Apex Fusion instead of switching between the Mobius or MyAI apps and Fusion.

Once connected, your EcoTech and AI gear can join the Apex's existing schedules and routines. A feed mode can slow VorTech flow, set Vectra return pumps to feed intensity, switch off the skimmer and start an automatic feeder, all at once. A water change mode can turn off return pumps and wavemakers while shifting Radion lights to a whiter spectrum for better visibility. A photo mode can reduce flow and bring out coral colour. The module can also respond to Apex sensor readings, for example dimming lights if the tank temperature climbs or starting a flow mode such as Nutrient Transport Mode if ORP drops.

This module suits reefkeepers who run an A2 or A3 Series Apex along with EcoTech or AI equipment. Compatible devices include EcoTech Radion G5 and G6 LEDs (XR15, XR30), VorTech MQD MP10, MP40 and MP60, and Vectra S2, M2 and L2. AquaIllumination compatibility covers the Hydra 32HD and 64HD, Prime 16HD, Blade Coral Grow, Glow, Freshwater and Refugium, Nero 3, 5 and 7, Orbit 2 and 4, and Axis 20, 40 and 90.

Each MXM controls up to 25 Mobius devices, and you can add further modules for larger systems. It has dual AquaBus ports and draws power through the Apex AquaBus, so it needs no separate power supply. It also has LED connection and wireless status indicators and firmware that can be upgraded. A 3' AquaBus cable is included.
