Designed as a safe guard against a heater or chiller malfunction and preventing boiling or freezing the fishes? With Smart Temp Security, these issues will never happen to your aquarium. Just attach the tiny sensor in your aquarium with the magnet, plug the heater or chiller in Smart AC Switch, and connect the power- It’s just that simple! It provides peace of mind that your aquarium water temperature will never drift outside optimal ranges for aquatic life.

With a chiller plugged in, the unit will turn off and alarm if the sensor detects the water temp falling to approximately 22.2 degrees. This will turn of power to the chiller plugged into it preventing it from continuing to run and making the water colder.

With a glass adjustable heater plugged in, the unit will turn off and alarm if the sensor detects the water temp rising to approximately 28.8 degrees. This will turn of power to the heater and prevent it from continuing to heat up the water.
